I am an experienced, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing services in Oregon (in person or zoom) and California (zoom only). My office for in person appointments is located in Medford, Oregon.
There are times when we experience phases of anxiety, depression, stress and exhaustion and wonder how to feel “better.” I bring unconditional, positive regard and active listening along with skills to help you and/or your loved one(s) move through those challenging times. I have experience working with individuals with substance abuse, survivors of trauma, shame, adolescence, adults, depression, anxiety and emotional disturbances. My goal is to support you and/or your loved one(s) during the healing process and assist in developing new patterns of behavior and thoughts.
My approach to therapy is active and involved, bring unconditional positive regard and seek to understand my clients' struggles and collaboratively develop goals and a process to resolve those difficulties.
My area of expertise is the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders, as well as issues related to personal growth, interpersonal relationships and trauma. I work primarily with individuals (adults and adolescents).
